Rule update and correction and Kickstarter Launched.

As the title suggest the free version of ultimo just got a small update but more importantly the Kick starter https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/bitterdm/kings-of-the-heartland Launched on the 1st.

First the Rule Changes.

• Rules for Dodging changed to allow players to discard from the top of the deck.
• Resisting magic and mental attacks now requires a luck flip based on a characters psyche score.
• Engineering Skill expanding to cover, metallurgy and electrical engineering.

And Second the Kickstarter for Kings of The Heartlands is launched and 4% backed! We need a big wave of support to get this funded but Im  optimistic.
